So far this summer has been one to remember for NSWR!! It all started back in June when we went out to Acton, MA for Boston 7s! In the first part of the tournament we went 3-0 in some hot weather for rugby. We also played in Worcester 7s too! Guess what? There we won the bowl!!! It was fun to take home some hardware to add to our team collection. Besides just tournaments and practices we also were at the Marblehead YMCA recruiting new members, and showed our support at the Salem North Shore Pride parade. We also raised $294 in pizza sales in a very successful fundraiser this July!! Big thanks to Flatbread Company of Salem for their support. There have been some other fun team shenanigans as well :) Looking forward we have our Prom Dress game coming up on August 4th! This weekend on Sunday July 15th we are playing in Acton 10s which will be the final summer tournament for us. Come to our final summer practice tomorrow, Wednesday July 11th at 7:00 PM! That will be a fun time so we better see you there. Also, our fall schedule is out!! Here we are folks-
